For example, we choose to either screen or digitally print your supplied logo onto plastic, aluminium, or stainless steel, resulting in a bright, bold, and colourful design. This is then covered with a clear, high-gloss polyurethane resin to provide a bubble-domed badge effect: a fine, high-quality result to promote your product, service or brand.

Our badges are produced with a suitable adhesive and material to ensure their durability for different commercial or industrial applications. Produced with UV stability, they are often used as outdoor labels where they are applied to vehicles, bikes and lawnmowers by some customers.

3D Scripted Domed Resin Badges

Offered as part of our range of premium product logo badges, 3D scripted badges consist of pre-spaced individual letters in colour or metallic finishes to match your brand.

Manufactured using a range of materials tailored to suit your desired application, our scripted domed badges are formed to the shape of the logo, creating a 3D image. We offer chrome or gold finishes, which can be combined with other colours to create a quality, eye-catching design and end product.

Tooling is required, and the badges are supplied pre-spaced and ready for assembly with an easy-peel release liner. The application tape is removed after assembly to achieve your pre-spaced 3D scripted badge.

An easy-release application tape is applied to the front face when the resin has cured, which keeps the individual characters pre-spaced for assembly to the product. The application tape is then removed after assembly to achieve a pre-spaced 3D logo badge.

Resin Domed Badges

For a budget-friendly alternative with no tooling costs, we offer resin-domed badges.

These are produced by cutting the profile of a self-adhesive material, removing the scrap material and then applying a liquid polyurethane resin to the front face. The resin flows over the surface of the material, and surface tension is created when the resin reaches the cut edge, forming the domed finish.
