Whether your requirement is for a one-off sign or uniquely marked and sequentially numbered production nameplates, the laser marking and engraving process enables us to offer the latest technology and provide an efficient marking service.

The laser beam is delivered via a digital scan head containing high speed, high resolution XY galvanometers and clarity of the lens and generator is of the highest quality enabling GSM to laser mark as shallow as a few microns up to a deeper mark which changes the appearance to give a higher clarity to the mark made. A range of interchangeable, multi layered F-theta lenses provide for a wide variety of focal point and work area sizes.

We can import your images from a variety of formats from high quality vector files to even a basic BMP file, allowing a huge range of images to be laser marked onto a wide range of materials.

With our CO2 lasers GSM can cut polycarbonate and adhesives enabling us to produce adhesive gaskets as well as cut holes and profiles to offer prototype and development parts, as well as low volume production runs, without the need to incur tooling costs. We offer laser marking and engraving to the highest standards and the closest tolerances.
