Acrylic

We use standard acrylic or cast acrylic, both of which can be printed on the reverse and can incorporate either clear, tinted or coloured display windows. A range of thicknesses are available up to 10mm and the acrylic panels can be laser cut to profile and include cut-outs to suit your choice of switches.

Polycarbonate

Polycarbonate film is stocked in a range of thicknesses ranging from 0.125mm to 1mm and can be silkscreen or digitally printed to your artwork design. It has been UV tested for durability so we can guarantee that it won’t discolour or fade within a minimum of 5 years, a perfect choice for outdoor labels.

Polyester

Polyester is used for graphic overlays and labels where chemical resistance is a necessity or if embossed switch buttons are required. Available in a range of durable finishes, GSM stocks Polyester sheets in thicknesses of 0.15mm, 0.18mm and 0.2mm

PVC

PVC is regarded as a low cost alternative to Polycarbonate and is available as a Mark Resistant textured finish or as a semi-rigid white PVC. Ideal for standard labelling, PVC tends to be specified where there are no concerns regarding the application environment in which the labels will be used.
