A Big Well Done!

At GSM Graphic Arts we believe that with the right training we can ensure our employees can progress within our company.

GSM Group CEO, Paul Wright, began his journey at GSM Graphic Arts after leaving school, in the Finishing department. Following internal and external training, Paul was promoted to Team Leader of finishing. His development continued further as he gained insight and knowledge of the other companies within the group.

Today, many of our Team Leaders and senior staff began their careers at GSM as trainees and we are inspired by their hard work and determination to succeed and progress to a higher level.

Tim Dale started his career with GSM Graphic Arts as a trainee screen printer. Following training throughout the print department, he then became deputy Team Leader of the Print department. An opportunity arose for a Team Leader of our night shift team and Tim was appointed. This showed a level of flexibility and dedication by Tim which was admired and appreciated. Progressing further and committing to completing his Cultivate Leadership programme Tim was appointed Deputy Production Manager.

Most recently and drawing on his previous sales and commercial experience along with his extensive understanding of GSM Graphic Arts as a business, Tim has been promoted to Commercial Manager.

Our Deputy Commercial Manager, Kellie Harvey joined GSM nearly 2 years ago. She brought a great amount of knowledge to GSM from 10 years spent in sales roles. Joining GSM Graphic Arts as a Customer Account Manager, Kellie has gained a fantastic understanding of the business and has built great relationships with both customers and colleagues.

We would like to congratulate both Tim and Kellie on their promotion and thank them for their hard work and determination to help GSM Graphic Arts succeed.
