At GSM Graphic Arts, we believe that our employees are the key to our almost 50 year success.

Since 1974, we have employed and trained local people, some who have now worked at GSM for over 40 years. A member of our engineering team has been at GSM since they left school and although started their time with GSM in the office their potential in the factory was soon realised and they have worked in the engineering team ever since. With 40 years of experience, they provide support, guidance and training to new employees at GSM.

Our senior management team consist of a number of ‘school leavers’ who have gone on to progress their career with GSM, jumping at the opportunities presented to them to further progress their professional careers/development and join the management team in the daily running of GSM Graphic Arts.

We continue to encourage the younger generation of GSM to embrace the opportunities that GSM has to offer them. An example of a recent employee taking advantage of the opportunity to progress their career through GSM is our screen printer, Josh.

Josh joined GSM Graphic Arts after leaving college. Now, 7 years later he has qualified as a screen printer and become a very knowledgeable and valuable member of the printing team. Josh is now completing level 3 NVQ in Leadership and progressing to deputy team leader of the printing team to further progress his career with us.
