Our Aluminium Labels: Versatile & Durable Solutions

As a leading aluminium label and sticker manufacturer and supplier, we have worked with numerous market sectors, fulfilling different label and tag requirements to premium standards. Some of the sectors we operate within include electronics and assembly, marine, military, warehousing and logistics, and many more.

Our products can be deployed for a wide range of labelling requirements due to their high-quality finish and durability. A key benefit of our aluminium labels is their resistance to everyday wear and tear, as well as their hardiness in all weather conditions. Our weather-proofing capabilities make them an excellent choice for the labelling of any outdoor assets that may be exposed to the elements.

Additionally, you can also have text and imagery printed onto our products, completely tailored to your needs.

Thanks to the skills and experience of our team, combined with our state-of-the-art equipment, processes, and high-quality materials, you’re guaranteed longevity of your text or design – giving you the peace of mind of having a label or tag that looks great for years to come, whatever environment it’s in.

Specialist Processes: Solutions to Suit Your Budget & Applications

As a specialist in manufacturing aluminium labels, we have constructed various manufacturing processes to suit all needs and budgets. All of our products are completed to extremely high standards, with our team working to provide the best solution possible to suit your needs, timeframes, and budgets.

Surface-Printed Aluminium Labels

One of the cheaper ways to manufacture aluminium labels is to surface print the text detail in a single colour onto anodised aluminium. This type of label is more suitable for use in any environment where the label or tag would be at low risk of knocks and scrapes. However, the downside is that, if exposed to knocks, the label text could scratch or wear off.

Fully Anodised Aluminium Labels

For a more durable, robust option, we recommend fully-anodised solutions, which is where the aluminium is pre-anodised to open the pores of the material. The text is then either silkscreen printed or digitally printed into the pores of the aluminium. After printing, the sheets are sealed, closing up the pores to lock the inks within the grain. This way of manufacturing provides an extremely long-lasting, hard-wearing finish to your label – passing externally performed salt mist and UV durability testing.

Additionally, for easy installation on machinery surfaces, inventory, and more, we are able to create cut-outs for screw fixings on our labels.
