A First for GSM Graphic Arts

For the first time, GSM Graphic Arts will be exhibiting at the Design + Engineering EXPO in June.

Part of the Smart Manufacturing week at the NEC in Birmingham, Design + Engineering EXPO has innovation at its heart and provides engineers and supply chain personnel with ground-breaking new technologies.

As a UK manufacturer of nameplates, labels and graphic overlays, GSM is a key component provider for many innovative products made.

At the Design + Engineering EXPO we aim to inspire and engage designers and buyers with the varying manufacturing methods for the requirements. As the face of a product and also important branding, it is key that a label serves its purpose effectively. Whether that be to attract attention as a branding badge or offer clear functions on an overlay, it must all be done with the end user in mind whilst staying aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

We will be showcasing various printing methods onto an array of materials. For graphic overlays we will have an abundance of samples which demonstrate embossing, secret until lit and various other windows, coloured/white LED’s and areas with specialist lacquers.

For metal nameplates we will be showing digital printing to include serialised, barcoded and QR coded information. There are also other options for including variable information to include laser marking or engraving the metal.
