As we enter our 50th year manufacturing labels, nameplates and graphic overlays we wanted to showcase how far we have evolved and progressed over the years. What better way to present our full range of substrates we are able to digitally print onto.

In 1974, when GSM Graphic Arts – The Label, Nameplate & Fascia Specialist began manufacturing, labels were printed very differently and digital printing onto specific substrates was only a dream.

Through continuous improvement and investment into the latest technology, GSM Graphic Arts fast became an industry leader in digital printing. Through visiting machine manufacturers in various countries GSM researched and learnt more about the possibility of digital printing on different substrates and invested in technology that would enable us to do so.

We maintain strong relationships with the manufacturers of the machines we use so we are able to continue to be at the forefront of new and exciting developments within the digital printing world. Our purchasing team speak daily with our material suppliers to ensure we are first to trial new materials they may be bringing to the market. And, our print team are always keen to learn and try new methods to further develop our digital printing capabilities.

Because of this GSM Graphic Arts are an industry leader in digital printing onto both metal and plastic substrates and our most recent progression within this has been the digital printing onto new and improved plastic substrates. Something we are very excited about.
